All orders received before 1pm are guaranteed dispatched the same day (Monday – Friday) and we promise we will do our best to dispatch any orders received after 1pm the same day as well. You can choose either First Class tracked or Special Next Day Delivery with Royal Mail. Special Next Day Delivery will be delivered the next working day before 1pm. Our First Class tracked service with the Royal Mail has a target delivery time of the next working day and is free.

If, for any reason, we are unable to ship your order within our target deadline, we will keep you informed by phone or e-mail.

Our Returns Policy

We hope your order is perfect and you love it, but if for any reason you don’t like what you ordered when you receive it you have 14 calendar days from date of receipt of your goods to return the item.

As our standard postage is free to you, and our dresses are limited in quantities, you will be responsible for the cost of the returns postage*, or return it to one of our ‘Stocked’ locations in person (please see address below).

Please notify us before proceeding with any returns. Email us by clicking here, with your name address and order number explaining that you want to return your goods before you send them and we will reply within 1 working day with how to proceed.

The address to send returns to is:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
• Items must be unworn, unwashed & unused – with the original labels still attached

All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging. Refunds cannot be given if they do not comply with our returns policy. Once checked we will issue a full refund for the goods immediately.
