How quick do you ship?
All orders received before 1pm are guaranteed dispatched the same day (Monday – Friday) and we promise we will do our best to dispatch any orders received after 1pm the same day as well. You can choose either First Class or Special Next day delivery with Royal Mail. Special delivery will be delivered the next working day before 1pm, guaranteed, our free standard Royal Mail first class service target delivery time is the next working day.
How do I return / exchange a purchase?
We hope your order is perfect and you love it, but if for any reason you don’t like what you ordered when you receive it you have 14 calendar days from date of receipt of your goods to return the item.
As our standard postage is free to you, and our dresses are limited in quantities, you would have to cover the cost of returns postage*, or return it to one of our ‘Stocked’ locations in person (please see address below).
All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed & unused – with the original labels still attached.
